Raw oysters dredged in a cornmeal mixture and deep-fried to order.
Garlic Parmesan Chicken
Lightly seasoned chicken breast sautéed to order and finished with garlic Parmesan sauce. Served with two side items.
Teriyaki Pork Stir-Fry
Tender pork strips sautéed with fresh vegetables in a teriyaki sauce and served over rice. Served with a side salad.
Pistachio Crusted Cod
Fresh Cod lightly coated with Dijon mustard then topped with a pistachio breadcrumb mixture and baked to order. Served with two side items.
Green Pasta Primavera
Fresh baby spinach sautéed with leeks, snap peas and toasted pine nuts then tossed with farfalle pasta creating a delicious Parmesan sauce. Comes with a side salad.
