Appetizer:

Stuffed Mushrooms

Fresh mushrooms stuffed with a sausage stuffing and baked to order. 

Soup:

Bourbon Sweet Potato Bisque with 

Brown Sugar & Cinnamon Croutons

Entrées:

Chicken Valentino 

Chicken breast seasoned with fresh herbs and stuffed with roasted red peppers 

and mozzarella cheese then baked. Served Fettuccine Alfredo.

 Comes with a side salad. 

 

 Apple Cider Glazed Pork Chop

Large pork chop lightly seasoned and grilled to order then finished with an apple

 cider glaze. Served with a side salad. 

 

Apple Pecan Crusted Trout 

Trout topped with fresh granny smith apples and crushed pecans then baked to

 order. Served with two side items. 

 

Cauliflower Risotto with Roasted Red Peppers & Mushrooms

House-made cauliflower risotto finished with sautéed mushrooms, roasted red

 peppers and fresh herbs. Served with a side salad.
